6. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund PolicyRefund Policy and your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

7. Warranty All products sold by Teckeleck are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where applicable. This does not affect your statutory rights. For warranty claims, please contact us at sales@teckeleck.com.
